Meetings provide a forum for ideas on how to run your business

Malvern Small Business Forum aims to provide a meeting place for anyone who has either decided to start their own business or already runs one.  It exists is to provide friendship, encouragement and support to fellow business owners.

Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month from 7.00pm until 9.30pm.

We meet in the Business Training Centre at Malvern Hills College (formerly South Worcestershire College, as shown on map) in Malvern.  This is located on the Albert Road North. Car parking is available at the College. The postcode is WR14 2YH.

Meeting Structure

The meeting follows a simple pattern that allows time for introductions, a talk and networking.  The talks are usually given by members. This offers a good opportunity for people to publicise their business and also to hone their presentation skills in front of a friendly audience.

We get a complete cross-section of business people attending.  Some of the regulars are experienced business people who are willing to give help and advice. Others are just starting up.

A sample meeting

In June 2017 we had a discussion about collaboration between businesses, looking at the advantages and pitfalls. The discussion was written up by one of the members and can be viewed here: Collaborating for Success MSBF
